My daughter had a severely infected ingrown toenail and was very scared about going here because she thought the nail would be removed. My visit to your office yesterday morning was very pleasant. As I stepped through the front door I noticed the ladies room and was happy to see that it was there. I had an opportunity to "freshen up" a bit before entering the lobby. I was greeted warmly and felt comfortable. My wait in the lobby was very short. I picked up a magazine, but didn't actually have time to look through it. I liked having the foot x-rays taken immediately. I liked the fact that Dr. Walker provided written information for me to read regarding my condition and treatment prior to discussing it with me. I felt that I had a good understanding of his diagnosis and the necessary treatment. Dr. Walker's "bedside manner" (which is of utmost important to me) was professional. The Doctor was thorough and gave me the feeling that I was his most important patient at that moment in time. My first visit to Advanced Foot and Ankle Surgery was a very good experience thanks to Dr. Walker and his staff.

I was in pain and in a hurry to catch a plane for an important meeting. I literally picked Dr. Walker from the phone book by having an idea of where the office is and misreading the name as Janet. :-) From my first contact by phone until I left the office, the experience was very professional, but even better the staff and Dr. Walker treated me like I was a dear friend.
